Is PLM officially licensed?

Yes. P L M PORTAL L.L.C is a one-person LLC licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (License No. 1473120, Commercial Register 2535628, DCCI Member 596068). The platform uses the official UAE PASS, Dubai Land Department and Direct Debit System integrations.

What does it cost to list?

Listing is free for landlords. There's no upfront cost for agents either — they only pay when they win a mandate and close a deal. The platform fee is a percentage of the agreed sale, collected automatically via DDS after the sale completes.

How does the auction work?

Once your listing is live, qualified agents have 72 hours to place bids. Every bid is secured via UAE Central Bank Direct Debit — an escrow lock, not a charge. You see every offer in real time. At any point you can accept the bid that suits you, or wait for sharper offers.

What happens if an agent and landlord try to bypass the platform?

Under the marketplace terms, post-cancellation deals between the parties are flagged through ongoing transaction monitoring. If a bypass is detected within the mandate window, the platform fee plus liquidated damages are enforced from the agent's secured Direct Debit.

When does the iPhone/Android app launch?

The PLM mobile app is in a closed pilot with selected RERA-licensed agencies and landlords. Public release is planned for Q3 2026. To request early access, reach out via the contact details below.

Where can I see the legal terms?

The full Terms & Conditions, the Listing Right Agreement, the Rental Commission Agreement and the Contract F template are made available in-app at the relevant signing step, and previewable in the PLM Portal admin panel. All are versioned and pinned to your specific listing or mandate.
